About the project:
Drawn by architect Ocke Mannerfelt the “Lövsta Stable” is a state of the art horse stable housing some of Scandinavia’s, if not the worlds, finest dressage horses. The stable features two liftable roof sections to allow entry and exit of a high vehicle, used for horse transports.
Technocean delivery:
Technocean Consulting AB (formerly BWN Consulting) was engaged to develop an electric driven opening mechanism that would allow a 4,2 m high vehicle to enter the stable without compromising the exterior design of the building. We delivered mechanical design, CE-approval documentation with risk analysis, automation system with PLC control and commissioning of the system.
